通过首页邮箱留言框提交的商务邮箱；

我们不主动收集身份证件号码、银行账户等敏感个人信息。您不应在表单中填写此类信息；如您自行提供，由此产生的风险由您承担。

The ARK STUDIOS website is operated by 方舟影业 (Ark Studios, "we", "us"). We process personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and other applicable laws. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information. By using this website or submitting information to us, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide to us, including:

Your name, company or organization, business email, area of interest, project description and any links you include, submitted through the form on the Partner with Us page;
Your business email, submitted through the email box on the home page;
Information you share, and records of our correspondence, when you contact us by email, WeChat or otherwise.

We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information such as ID numbers or bank details. Please do not include it in the form.

2. How we use it

We use your information to reply to inquiries, evaluate and carry out collaborations, maintain business contact and follow-up communication, manage our business relationship with you, and for other purposes directly related to these. We do not sell personal information.

3. Legal basis

We process your personal information on the basis of your consent, where it is necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you, and in other circumstances permitted by law. You may withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it, but may mean we can no longer communicate or work with you.

Information submitted through the form is sent to our business mailbox, partnerships@arkstudiosglobal.com. We keep it for as long as needed for the purposes above, and may keep it longer where the law requires or permits, or where needed to resolve disputes or protect our legitimate rights.

To handle your inquiry, the information you submit may be viewed by our teams in China or other countries. Before you submit the form, we ask you to tick a box to confirm your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email.

No internet environment is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be disclosed because of force majeure or third parties. This website is intended for production companies, creators, content owners and IP holders, not for children under 14. If we learn that we have collected such information without a guardian's consent, we will delete it.
